Thank you Trac for giving a
$500 mini-grant to pay for the bus that
took the kids to Science Camp on that snowy Monday morning and brought them home
on Friday.

Rand Hugget, Amador
High School art teacher, and Amador High Art Students
have been working on painting a mural of Pine Grove in front of Pine Grove
School. The students who were working on the mural are: Jennifer ,
Jennifer , Missouri , and Valisa .
The plans for the mural have been in the system for about 18 months. The
Pine Grove Beautification Committee came up with the idea, and Rand Hugget
developed the design.

We had a visit from East Bay
Mud Water District. They performed a wonderful play about Water
Conservation.

Penny Wars
We
raised $521.35 for needy families in our community.
Mrs. Robbins' class raised the most with $71.50.
Mrs. Kincaid's class was second with $66.31.
Mrs. Louderback's class came in third with $65.50.

Last fall thousands of bulbs:
daffodils, tulips and irises were planted
on the hill in front of our school and also in the planter boxes!! The
fruit of our labors are here for all to enjoy!! Thanks to everyone who
helped donate bulbs and your time!! Hope we can do it again this
Fall!! More hillsides to conquer!!
